By submitting a podcast to the Network, you represent and warrant that you own all rights to the content of the podcast or have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses to use such content. You also grant Katharsis Media a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display the podcast and its content for any purpose related to the Network.

 

Advertising and Sponsorship

Katharsis Media may include advertising or sponsorship in any podcast on the Network. Any advertising or sponsorship is subject to Katharsis Media's sole discretion, and Katharsis Media reserves the right to decline any advertising or sponsorship that it deems inappropriate or inconsistent with the Network's mission or values.

 

Termination

Katharsis Media may terminate your access to the Network and/or remove any podcast from the Network at any time, without notice and for any reason. If you wish to terminate your account or podcast submission, you may do so at any time by contacting Katharsis Media.

 

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Network and its content are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Katharsis Media does not warrant that the Network or its content will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

 

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Katharsis Media be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Network or its content, even if Katharsis Media has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Network or its content shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Jalisco, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
